Announcing a Change in How and When I'll be Posting

Hopefully better for free and paid subscribers alike.

Hello friends!

If you’ve been here from the beginning, way back in December, you might recall my mentioning that there would be some tinkering as I find my feet within this whole new Substack world. And after a month of feeling things out and additional research, I’ve decided to change how and when I post. I want to provide the ultimate value I can, without flooding your inbox or becoming a nuisance. As such, beginning next week here’s what you can expect.

I will still be posting an essay or story every Tuesday. But I will be alternating paid and free content every other week. So at the end of a typical month, paid subscribers will receive a total of four posts delivered to their inbox - two free and two paid. While free subscribers will receive two free stories a month with an additional two previews of paid subscriber content.

But it’s not set in stone. Please feel free to reach out or comment with any questions, concerns, or gripes. It is critically important to me that all of you who have been kind enough to subscribe continue to enjoy, see value in, and or benefit in some way from that subscription. Thanks again for being here.
